What is The Soft Standard?
The Soft Standard makes gentle wellness products — digital guides, recipe books, printable trackers and journals, calming programs, and tools, plus physical products — designed to lower everyday stress and help you feel calmer.
Are these physical or digital products?
We offer both. Many of our products are instant digital downloads (delivered immediately — nothing ships), and we also offer physical products that ship to you. Each product page shows which type it is.
Which product should I start with?
If you're new, start with The Cortisol Calm Method (our complete framework) or the Cortisol Cocktail Book. Want the best value? Try one of our bundles.
Downloads & formats
How do I get my download?
For digital products, right after checkout you'll receive a link to download your files instantly, plus a confirmation email with your download.
What format are the digital files?
Our digital guides are PDFs. Most include both a print-ready edition and a screen-friendly edition.
Can I print them?
Yes. Printable products are designed for home printing (US Letter) and can be printed as many times as you like.
Can I get a refund?
If something's wrong — a corrupted file, broken link, or a physical item that arrives damaged or incorrect — contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right. Changed your mind? Digital items are refundable within 14 days as long as the files haven't been downloaded; physical items are returnable within 30 days, unused and in original condition (return shipping is on us). A cortisol cocktail is a calming, non-alcoholic mocktail — typically coconut water, citrus, magnesium, and a pinch of sea salt — designed to support hydration and everyday calm.
Do these products lower cortisol?
Our guides support gentle, calming habits — hydration, nourishment, rest, movement, and ritual. They're wellness companions, not medicine, and aren't intended to treat or cure any condition. If you have health concerns, please check with your clinician.
