Shipping policy

The Soft Standard offers both digital downloads and physical products.

Digital products There's nothing to ship — your files are delivered instantly after checkout. You'll see a download link on the order confirmation page and receive one by email. Most digital products include both a print-ready PDF and a screen-friendly edition. If your download doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email contact@thesoftstandard.co and we'll resend it.

Physical products: We currently ship across the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.
