Shipping policy

The Soft Standard offers both digital downloads and physical products.

Digital products There's nothing to ship — your files are delivered instantly after checkout. You'll see a download link on the order confirmation page and receive one by email. Most digital products include both a print-ready PDF and a screen-friendly edition. If your download doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email shop@thesoftstandard.co and we'll resend it.

Physical products: We currently ship across the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at shop@thesoftstandard.co, and we'll help.
