Your license (digital products) When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or claim authorship of our files, in whole or in part.

Intellectual property All content, designs, text, and files remain the intellectual property of The Soft Standard and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Wellness disclaimer Our products are wellness and lifestyle companions for general informational purposes only. Pricing & payment All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices, products, and promotions at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

Refunds & returns We offer refunds within 30 days for items that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For change of mind, digital items are refundable within 14 days (and must not have been downloaded), and physical items are returnable within 30 days (unused and in original condition). Return shipping on physical items is provided free of charge, subject to our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Soft Standard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Store. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
