Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase from The Soft Standard. Because we sell both digital downloads and physical products, here's how refunds and returns work.

Something went wrong? You have 30 days. If there's a problem with your order — a corrupted file, a broken download link, or a physical item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — please contact us within 30 days of your purchase (or delivery, for physical items) and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund. Email contact@thesoftstandard.co with your order number, and a quick photo for any damaged item.

Changed your mind?

  • Digital products: we can refund a digital item within 14 days of purchase, as long as the files have not been downloaded. Once a file has been downloaded, we're unable to refund it.
  • Physical products: we accept returns of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is on us — we'll provide a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund.
